Car Hire - Several car hire companies are represented inside the terminal building. Companies include Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, Thrifty, Apex, Jucy, Nationwide and THL. You can book your car online to guarantee availability.

Check in counters are located on the left side the terminal.
Money Exchange
Money can be exchanged at the Travelex store inside the terminal building.
Business Services
There are business facilities located in the Air New Zealand Koru lounge, for eligible passengers.
Internet Access
The airport offers an internet lounge with 16 computers, located beside the international arrivals area. Internet time can be purchased at the airport help desk. Queenstown Airport also provides 1 hour free Wi-Fi anywhere in the terminal for every 4 hour period. If you need more than 1 hour's Wi-Fi, you can use our internet lounge.
Family Facilities
The parenting room, located next to the airport help desk, provides facilities, including change tables, microwave and toys, for all travellers to use free of charge. There are also change tables in most of the public toilets throughout the terminal.
Baggage
Bag storage lockers are available in the baggage claim area, at a cost. Oversize items (such as skis) can be stored at the airport help desk for a fee.
Lounges
There are two lounges at Queenstown airport. The Air New Zealand Lounge is for Koru and Star Alliance Gold members. The Manaia lounge is available for qualifying Jetstar/Qantas and Virgin Australia members.
