Travel Insurance Coverage
What Our Travel Insurance Covers
How to choose travel insurance that best suits you depends on how far you're going. If you're travelling domestically within New Zealand, we can offer you travel insurance coverage for things like trip cancellations or delays, event cancellations, lost, stolen or delayed luggage, lost or stolen travel documents, rental car excess and even personal liability and loss of income.
If you're travelling internationally, we can offer you travel insurance coverage for all of this, plus things like overseas medical, emergency dental costs and even pet care.
If you travel often, you can also opt for a convenient Annual Multi-trip plan.
The domestic and international plans we offer are available to you in three tiers (Bronze, Silver and Gold), one of which you can select depending on whether you need comprehensive coverage that may give you peace of mind, or a more budget-friendly option.
Our travel insurance guide below will help you choose which type of travel insurance is right for you.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition that is not automatically covered, you can apply for additional cover at the time you buy your policy or within your cooling off period by completing a medical screening. Refer to the Policy Wording for specifics on pre-existing medical conditions and what is already covered.
